BetPiggies is an informational platform focused on FIFA esports / esports football predictions and related digital services.

BetPiggies is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, financial institution, or payment processor.

BetPiggies does not accept bets, does not hold betting funds, and does not place bets on behalf of users. All bets are placed by users with third-party bookmakers at their own discretion and risk.

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below.

By using BetPiggies, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• you are legally allowed to access betting-related content and place bets in your jurisdiction;
• you will use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws;
• all account information you provide is accurate and up to date.

BetPiggies may restrict or terminate access if it reasonably believes a user is not eligible.

BetPiggies provides informational and digital access services, including but not limited to:

• FIFA esports / esports football predictions;
• current predictions and historical performance information;
• coins and the features they unlock;
• notifications about new and settled predictions.

Nothing on BetPiggies constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of winnings.

BetPiggies does not guarantee winnings, profit, or any specific result.

Betting always involves risk. Past performance, historical metrics, average figures, examples, or prior sessions do not guarantee future results.

Users accept that losses may occur and that bookmaker limitations, timing issues, odds changes, execution errors, and other external factors may affect outcomes.

You are solely responsible for:

• all bets you place;
• all bookmaker accounts you use;
• all amounts you stake;
• compliance with local laws;
• verifying that the match, market, and conditions are still valid before placing a bet;
• managing your own finances and risk.

BetPiggies is not responsible for betting losses, missed bets, missed notifications, emotional decision-making, or incorrect execution.

To access certain features, you must create a BetPiggies account.

You agree to:

• keep your login details secure;
• not share your account;
• notify BetPiggies of unauthorized use;
• use the platform only for personal, lawful use.

BetPiggies may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, account sharing, resale of content, scraping, chargeback abuse, or other breaches of these Terms.

Predictions on BetPiggies are time-sensitive.

Users understand that:

• predictions may only be valid near the time they are posted;
• match conditions, scores, odds, and lines may change after a prediction is posted;
• results depend in part on correct and timely user execution;
• skipped predictions can affect the overall efficiency of the system.

BetPiggies may use Telegram and in-app notifications to deliver alerts about new and settled predictions.

Users understand that:

• Telegram is a third-party service;
• notification timing may vary;
• delays, outages, or delivery failures may occur;
• BetPiggies cannot guarantee that every notification will arrive instantly or at all.

Users remain responsible for monitoring their notifications and acting in time. BetPiggies is not liable for missed bets, delayed notifications, Telegram outages, or device-level notification issues.

Certain predictions may include recommended stakes.

These stakes are provided as part of the BetPiggies system structure, but users remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how much to bet.

Recommended stakes do not guarantee results and should not be interpreted as financial advice.

Coins are a platform credit used to unlock predictions. They are not money, not a currency, and not a financial instrument.

• coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money;
• coins are non-refundable except as expressly described in these Terms;
• coin prices and packages may change at any time;
• coins granted as bonuses or promotions may carry conditions and may expire.

Where a prediction you unlocked is settled as a loss, the coins spent to unlock it are returned to your balance automatically.

• refunds are made in coins, never in money;
• refunds apply to the unlock cost only, never to any amount you staked with a bookmaker;
• a refund depends on the prediction being settled as a loss on the platform.

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. BetPiggies does not store card details or wallet credentials.

Because coins unlock digital content immediately, purchases are final once coins are credited, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Statistics, win rates, sample results, and performance figures shown on the platform describe past outcomes only.

They are not offers, promises, or projections of future performance, and must not be read as a guarantee of any result.

All content on BetPiggies, including predictions, statistics, text, design, and branding, belongs to BetPiggies or its licensors.

You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reselling, redistributing, republishing, or scraping content is prohibited.

You must not:

• scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the platform;
• attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or rate limits;
• resell, relay, or republish predictions to third parties;
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials, operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or using automated means to create accounts is prohibited.

BetPiggies may suspend accounts and remove bonus coins obtained through abuse.

The platform relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, and messaging.

BetPiggies is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those services. Bookmakers are entirely independent of BetPiggies.

Betting can be addictive and can cause financial harm. Only bet what you can afford to lose, and stop if it stops being enjoyable.

If you believe your betting is becoming a problem, seek support from a qualified organisation in your country.

BetPiggies may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, pricing, and content.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.

BetPiggies may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where use appears fraudulent or abusive, or where required by law.

You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetPiggies is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetPiggies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and BetPiggies.
